Free Initial Consultation

Assessing your baseline fitness and flexibility will give you a benchmark in which to measure your progress. During the initial consultation, we will assess your aerobic and muscular fitness, flexibility, and body composition.

Postural Assessment

During your assessment, your fitness professional will go through an in-depth assessment by providing you a full analysis of your posture. This will include your lower extremities, pelvic region, torso and head/neck.

Customised program

After completing the first two steps, we will design a personalised workout routine that caters to your specific needs and targets. All your nutritional requirements, weights, cardio and recovery sessions will be prepared for you in a personalised training plan.

Nutritional Plan

Without correct nutrition you will never be able to optimise your progress. Our qualified Dietitian will educate you and support you in implementing the correct nutritional plan so you are able to achieve your objectives
