Represented by Elite Model Management worldwide, Sam Frew is a veteran international fashion model with a career spanning 20 years in the fashion industry. Holding a Bachelors of Arts, Diploma of Modelling and achieving Model of the Year (08) amongst other prestigious accolades, Sam remains an active and passionate member of the modelling industry. Having walked to the runways of countless Fashion Weeks worldwide (including Paris Couture Fashion Week, Milan FW, London FW, Melbourne FW and Sydney FW, amongst others), as well as completing international modelling contracts in the UK, Europe and Asia, Sam is an industry veteran dedicated to the development of future models and committed to excellence through education and practice.
An introduction and history on Runway. (Detailing the eras, styles and their importance). A brief discussion on the course content and what they can expect to achieve, as well as how the skills and information can also be adapted to everyday life and goals outside of modelling.

Alignment assessment - Observe and apply Alexander technique methods to improve posture and skeletal health. - Discover the health benefits of balance centres and core strength and how to apply these new skills to aid Modeling prowess. - Coached practice sessions
- Understanding runway choreography maps. - Runway Turns (committing a vast array of turns and styles to muscle memory). - Posing on the runway (exploring and perfecting genres such as pageant, commercial (ready to wear), high fashion, couture amongst others). - Coached practice sessions
Stress & Anxiety
- The mental state before, during and after a show/event/casting/etc - The impact stress can have on out bodies and mental health if ignored. - Techniques to deal with stress.
Castings / Ho-Sees & Fittings
- The difference between each including their sub categories and how to prepare physically and mentally. - Presentation and personal conduct when meeting clients, how to impress and achieve a positive response. - Leaving positive lasting impressions - What to take with you - How to morph to suit each individual client whilst letting your personality shine, without jeopardising your personal style.
