AEFM Payment Terms

This Payment Terms Policy outlines the payment requirements and procedures for Professional Studio Shoot services provided by AEFM International. By engaging our services, clients agree to comply with the terms set forth in this document and the booking confirmation form sent via email. The failure to reply to the payment terms via email whilst proceeding with the booking will be deemed to be an acceptance by the client of these terms and conditions.

Service Fee

The Professional Studio Shoot service is offered at a fixed fee of AUD $1,320.00. This fee is non-negotiable and applies to all clients regardless of location or individual circumstances. The fee includes all services as outlined in your booking confirmation.

Advance Payment Requirement

Full payment of AUD $1,320.00 is required prior to the commencement of services. No services will be rendered until payment has been received and confirmed in our account. AEFM International reserves the right to cancel bookings where payment has not been received by the due date specified on the invoice.

Payment Method

Payment must be made via Bank Transfer to the designated AEFM International bank account or via Klarna payment services. Bank details will be provided on the invoice issued to the client. All payments must be made in Australian Dollars (AUD). Any currency conversion fees or international transfer charges are the sole responsibility of the client.

Klarna Payment Settlement

Payment Settlement via Klarna

Payments processed through Klarna are subject to Klarna’s weekly settlement schedule operating on a Wednesday-to-Wednesday cycle with a one-week delay period. Funds will be received by AEFM International between seven (7) and twelve (12) business days following your payment authorization, subject to the timing of payment capture within Klarna’s settlement cycle and standard banking processing timeframes.

Booking Confirmation

Upon successful payment processing through Klarna, your booking is confirmed and binding on both parties.

Service Date Notification

AEFM International will provide you with a confirmed service date within seventy two (72) hours of funds clearing into our bank account.

Cancellation During Settlement Period

If you seek to cancel during the settlement period, you remain liable for Klarna’s payment processing fees and AEFM International’s reasonable administrative costs. Any refunds (if applicable) will be processed in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy and relevant consumer protection legislation.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these payment terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, warranty, term, condition, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or the Australian Consumer Law which cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

Invoice and Agreement

Upon confirmation of booking, AEFM International will issue payment instructions, and a payment deadline. Payment constitutes acceptance of the AEFM International Service Agreement published on our website.

Payment Confirmation

Upon receipt of payment, AEFM International will send a payment confirmation via email within 2 business days. This confirmation will include the scheduled date and details for the Professional Studio Shoot. Receipts of emails or other Internet-based communications cannot be guaranteed as the delivery is dependent upon third-party providers and therefore outside of our control.

Late or Non-Payment

If payment is not received by the due date specified on the invoice, AEFM International reserves the right to cancel the booking without further notice. The client will need to submit a new booking request and may be subject to availability constraints. AEFM International is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by cancellation due to non-payment.

Cancellation and Refunds

For information regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy available on our website. This Payment Terms Policy should be read in conjunction with those terms. Any amendment and/or variations made by the client shall not be valid and binding unless AEFM International has agreed to such amendment in advance.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, in no event will AEFM International (or its employees, agents and subcontractors) be liable to you for indirect, special or incidental, punitive, exemplary or consequential loss, costs, expenses and damages suffered or incurred by you and arising out of or in connection with these payment terms. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in respect of all claims in connection with this agreement will be the total sum of all fees paid by you.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and are issued in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009. These terms and conditions and the booking of services constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any previous agreement or arrangement between the parties relating to the subject matter of these terms and conditions.
