My name is Alana. I am extremely passionate about health and fitness. I like to keep active whether it be in the gym or outdoors. I train 5 times a week working on a mixture of HIIT and weights training. I am extremely dedicated to my fitness and I love to challenge myself and push myself to reach my goals.
I am currently training to compete in the INBA WA Bikini division in late 2016. My goal in life is to be able to promote and inspire others to live a healthy lifestyle.
