I have played Australian Rules Football since the age of 7, and as I got older I started running and weight training to better my football and achieve every boys dream of playing in the AFL. Unfortunately I did not make the AFL, but as a result I have developed a love for keeping myself fit and healthy.
I still currently play football, I lift weights, I run, I box and I practice some MMA. I enjoy being active and do anything that will help me become the best version of myself.
I love to keep myself in a fit condition and live a healthy lifestyle. And as result I have developed an athletic, strong, lean, muscular physique. Backed with a high level of fitness and endurance.
