"Health and fitness is my passion. I would like to inspire as many people as I can to be a better version of themselves. I was brought up in a culture where studying and working hard meant being successful in life. Health and fitness were not a priority. I used to starved myself to lose weight and be skinny. I had never have time to exercise or even have breakfast.
I started my fitness journey in 2016 by joining the local gym and doing some home exercises. I was motivated by the workout classes which I really enjoyed doing such as boxing, HIIT, RPM and weights. I could see a fantastic result with the right food and I felt amazing. I haven’t stopped since then. I have been training four days a week plus yoga and Pilates at home. Being active has become my lifestyle. I am currently studying a Diploma of Nutrition part time.
I graduated with a Bachelor degree of Microbiology Science, Diploma of Hospitality Management and Diploma of Business Sales. I am currently working as an Account Representative for a non-profit organization providing certification for individuals and training providers.
Professional modelling is something that I never thought I would be able to do until I received a wonderful feedback of how strong I am (not skinny) with the journey I took from the past two years. The message I would like to pass to everyone is “mindset is everything.” I would love to show people how important it is to stay fit and healthy by inspiring them through my photos, videos and personal advice.
I am taking the opportunity to inspire more people to take fitness on board in their lifestyle. Here I am! "
