Growing up playing a number of sports and competing in State level running and gymnastics, I always had a strong love for health, fitness and sport. Unfortunately my career was behind a desk in the corporate world.
In 2014 I left that world and made the courageous decision to follow my passion for fitness, nutrition and exercise and become a personal trainer. I feel so fortunate to have turned my passion into my career and I love that I have the ability to help people with their fitness journeys and turn their dreams and goals into a reality.
Weightlifting – deadlifts, squats, bench press etc, Body weight training – pull ups, chin ups, dips etc, Circuit training, Running/hiking, Swimming, Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, Jet Skiing, Snorkelling, Cycling, Soccer, Touch Football, Basic Gymnastics, Basic Trapeze and Horse riding.
Numerous drama eisteddfod performance
