AEFM Service Delivery Policy

This Service Delivery Policy outlines the services included in the Professional Studio Shoot package provided by AEFM International, along with the delivery process and timelines. By booking our services, clients agree to the terms set forth in this document.

Services Included

The Professional Studio Shoot package includes the following deliverables: 12 professionally retouched photographs selected by the client from raw images; 1 x video to camera (conversational/introduction video); 4 Polaroid photographs; and direct marketing services to promote your portfolio to potential clients and industry contacts. All services are included in the fixed fee of AUD $1,320.00 as outlined in our Payment Terms.

Professional Portfolio

Upon completion of all deliverables, clients will receive a professional portfolio suitable for talent representation, casting submissions, and personal branding. The portfolio is designed to showcase your versatility and appeal to a wide range of industry opportunities. Your portfolio will be featured on the AEFM International website and made available to casting directors, brands, and agencies seeking talent.

Photo Delivery Process

Within 48 hours of completing your Professional Studio Shoot, AEFM International will deliver all raw (unedited) photographs to you via email or secure download link. You will then have the opportunity to review and select in accordance with AEFM your preferred 12 images from the raw photographs provided. Once you have submitted your selection, our professional retouching team will edit and enhance your chosen 12 photographs. The final retouched images will be delivered within 7-14 business days of receiving your selection.

Video to Camera Delivery

Your conversational video to camera will be professionally edited and delivered alongside your final retouched photographs within 7-14 business days. This video is designed to showcase your personality, communication skills, and on-camera presence to potential clients and casting directors.

Polaroid Photographs

4 x Polaroid photographs will be taken during your studio session. These authentic, unfiltered images are highly valued in the modelling and talent industry as they provide casting directors with a true representation of your natural appearance. Digital copies of your Polaroids will be included with your final deliverables.

Direct Marketing Services

As part of your package, AEFM International will actively market your portfolio to our network of industry contacts, including casting directors, advertising agencies, brands, and production companies. Your profile will be included in talent submissions for relevant casting opportunities throughout the duration of your contract. AEFM International will use reasonable efforts to promote your portfolio; however, we do not guarantee any specific number of bookings, castings, or job opportunities.

Contract Duration

The service agreement between the client and AEFM International is for a fixed term of two (2) years from the date of the Professional Studio Shoot. During this period, your portfolio will remain active on the AEFM International website and you will be eligible for direct marketing services and casting submissions. Upon expiry of the two-year term, clients may choose to renew their contract or request removal of their portfolio from the AEFM International database.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery of services, clients are required to attend their scheduled Professional Studio Shoot at the agreed date and time; submit their photo selection within 2 days of receiving raw images; respond promptly to any communications from AEFM International; and provide accurate and up-to-date contact information. Delays in client response may result in extended delivery timelines. AEFM International is not responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to meet these responsibilities.

Delivery Timeline Summary

Raw photographs will be delivered within 48 hours of the shoot. Clients / AEFM must submit their photo selection within 2 days. Final retouched photographs, edited video, and Polaroid images will be delivered within 7-14 business days of receiving the client’s selection. Direct marketing services commence upon completion of the portfolio and continue for the duration of the two-year contract.

Quality Assurance

AEFM International is committed to delivering high-quality professional content. All photographs are retouched by experienced professionals to industry standards. If you have specific concerns regarding the quality of your deliverables, please contact us at info@aefm.com.au within 7 days of receiving your final images. AEFM International will review any concerns and, where appropriate, make reasonable adjustments at its sole discretion.

Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

AEFM International retains copyright ownership of all photographs and video content produced during the Professional Studio Shoot. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered content for personal portfolio and self-promotion purposes. AEFM International reserves the right to use all content for marketing, promotional, and portfolio display purposes on the AEFM International website and associated marketing materials.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Australia. This Service Delivery Policy should be read in conjunction with our Payment Terms, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Website Terms of Use.
