Biography

I’m Alex and I love all things health and fitness. I’m passionate about having a balanced, healthy lifestyle and challenging myself in not only the gym but in all aspects of my life.

I started gymnastics at a young age, which I would go onto compete for nine years, this began my strong passion for exercise and pushing my body. As I got older I discovered the gym and quickly fell in love with how strength training made me feel and it has been a part of my life now for five years!

I am a full-time YouTuber and have an Instagram platform where I share my life with my audience and love to promote a positive and active lifestyle. Because of this, I am confident and comfortable in front of a camera and have experience doing activewear shoots and being on film!
