I’m Austin, I have a passion for health and fitness and I have been involved and dedicated in sports and athletics from a young age. I have been involved in the gym and strength training for the past 18 months and I have loved the journey and have become addicted to the feeling it gives me.

From the age of 6, I have played field hockey, basketball and tennis, all of which I committed to for more than 7 years. I performed at an elite level in hockey and was a representative player of the state of Victoria. After I felt I had reached my full potential in those sports I moved to cricket for the past 5 years and played a year of Aussie Rules Football. Currently, I am a dedicated golfer, gym fanatic, cricketer and boxing enthusiast.

I love new experiences and take any opportunity to learn and improve. I have spent 12 months overseas in Europe living in Austria and travelling. Because of this rare experience that I was exposed to, I feel comfortable in many different situations and I am open to almost anything.
