Biography

I’ve been gym weight training for the last 5 years and found my passion for boxing and strength & conditioning training in the recent two years. I like to mix up these 5-6 times per week workouts to challenge my body. I strive on accomplishing my personal bests. I’ve always been active from a young age where I enjoyed karate, and still to today I regularly run or hike in nature.

I have a bubbly personality. My work experience as a professional in Defence for the last 11 years requires me to be disciplined, results committed and highly motivated which I’ve been able to apply to the same standard to my fitness pursuits and in my conduct with others. I am excited to be working with AEFM International.
