Biography

My name is Ben Putland and I am a highly motivated and passionate individual in relation to my career in the health and fitness industry.

I am a qualified personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach and believe I have the adaptability and aesthetic build to positively represent your brand.

I have competed in men’s physique bodybuilding at a state and national level which demonstrates my strong mindset, consistency and determination. I have also played basketball at a high representative level for 10 years where I built explosive movement patterns and athleticism.

I have participated in film extra work so I understand the process of working in a filming environment.

I am an approachable and relaxed person who is comfortable behind a camera and am excited to progress my skills in the fitness modelling industry.
