Biography

My name is Brynard, a former professional rugby union player with an illustrious career that began with the Sharks in Durban, South Africa, and concluded after playing over 100 first-class games with the Western Force in Perth. My journey in sports started at a very young age, driven by an innate passion and a competitive spirit. I participated in a wide array of sports, including athletics, soccer, cricket, and swimming, where I excelled and won numerous awards. These early achievements led me to represent my state in multiple disciplines, showcasing my versatility and dedication to sport.

From a young age, I thrived on competition and the pursuit of excellence. Whether it was on the track, the field, or in the pool, I pushed myself to be the best, developing a strong foundation of athletic skills. However, it was at the age of 13 that I discovered my deep love for rugby. This sport captivated me like no other, and I knew it was where I wanted to focus my energy and talents. Rugby became more than just a game; it became my passion and my calling.

At 16, my dedication to rugby paid off when I was offered a junior rugby contract with The Sharks, one of the most prestigious rugby organisations in the world. This opportunity was a dream come true and marked the beginning of my professional career. By the age of 20, I earned my first-class rugby cap, solidifying my place in the sport. My time with The Sharks was foundational, providing me with the skills, experience, and confidence to excel at the highest levels of rugby.

My career took me to new heights when I joined the Western Force in Perth, where I played over 100 first-class games. This phase of my career was marked by significant achievements, including being selected for the 2020 Wallabies camp after a standout Super Rugby season. Leading my team as captain to its first win back in Super Rugby since 2017 was a particularly proud moment. Throughout my career, I demonstrated self-motivation, determination, and leadership, attributes that were essential for success on the field.

Post-retirement, my commitment to fitness remains unwavering. I have continued my journey with power and strength training in the gym, complemented by MAS running and cycling for conditioning. My love for fitness and sport is as strong as ever, driving me to maintain elite-level strength, conditioning, and cognitive skills.

My professional rugby career instilled in me a relentless desire to succeed, alongside invaluable skills in self-motivation, determination, and leadership. These experiences have also made me comfortable in front of the camera, with extensive involvement in media, press conferences, and photoshoots.

With the knowledge and skills I’ve gained, I am eager to inspire others in the fitness community. Whether through fitness modeling, sharing my journey on social platforms, or engaging in new sports ventures, I aim to motivate and guide others towards their fitness goals. My journey is far from over, and I am excited about the opportunities to collaborate with fitness brands, participate in fitness model photoshoots, and continue contributing to the world of sports and fitness.
