Candice

I have been very passionate about fitness for as long as I can remember. I learnt to swim before I could walk. I was in professional swimming lessons from when I was 5 until 15 with the last 5 years of that time, being trained for the Olympics. I played for regionals and state in basketball, 5 years of gymnastics, surf lifesaving, softball, netball, tennis and athletics at school.

I competed in bodybuilding – through ICN – as a fitness and sports model and I won my first show and placed top 3 for the remainder. My love of fitness has lead my to be a personal trainer and I love that I get to help people with their fitness journeys as a career.
