Biography

My whole life is health and fitness! Ever since I can remember I wanted to grow up and become an athlete, Personal Trainer and own my very own gym.

Every decision and choice in life has led me that. I Started off at a very young age with sports playing basketball, dance, mountain bike and horse riding. Sport was always my number one in school, I achieved multiple Top of the Class awards and countless placings in athletics.

I became a fully qualified Pt 18 and have been living my life goal and passion for almost a decade.

I opened my first gym 3 years ago and are about to open my second.

I have previously competed in mountain bike races, CrossFit competitions, trained in Muay
Thai kickboxing, countless running events. This year I plan on achieving my first full marathon a half iron man and a Muay Thai kick boxing fight.
