Biography
My name is Georgie and I am passionate about health and fitness and love to challenge myself in and out of the gym. I have always lived an active lifestyle and excelled in a range of sports from a young age, which consists of gymnastics, taekwondo, netball and AFL. Now, my primary focus involves creating a balanced and healthy lifestyle which involves consistently going to the gym, which mainly focuses on weight training, HIIT and running.
