Biography

My name is Grace and I have a strong passion for fitness and pursuing a healthy lifestyle to ensure I feel and look my best. I first began competing in netball and tennis when I was 11 years old and still enjoy participating in both sports trying to improve my skills and become a better player.

In 2019 I decided I would pick up a new sport for a challenge, and joined Mentone Tigers football club and fell in love with AFL. Taking part in a wide range of sports means I have to ensure that I am in top shape all year round.

To maintain my fitness, I lift weights and do HIIT training. I am a motivated, organised person who is willing to take on any given opportunity. I hope that someday I can inspire others to live an active lifestyle in order for them to feel there best.
