My name is Indianahrose, I have a bright and bubbly personality. I have always had a passion for sports from a very young age. I have participated in a variety of sporting disciplines which range from Basketball, indoor volleyball/ beach volleyball, football as well as gymnastics and dance. Once COVID hit I decided to set up a home gym in our garage to maintain myself from being healthy and fit, but its not only the benefits of keeping fit I fell in love with, its how it benefits me mentally. Realizing how much impact it had on my life and made me feel so much healthier, I am now studying my Cert III and Cert IV in fitness. I would love to inspire and motivate others so they can create and achieve a healthier lifestyle as well as help them mentally.
