Sport and fitness have been my passion since I can remember. I have been brought up playing competitive team and individual sports my whole life, being very competent and confident in all areas whether it be swimming, cycling, track, volleyball or netball, just to name a few. I am now involved in AFL football (at a local level), and I keep fit by powerlifting, HIIT and Olympic lifting.

I find the mental and physical benefits of exercise so rewarding and it’s something I can always see as being an integral part of my lifestyle. My involvement in team sports is the main reason for my great team working skills and ability to communicate and socialise with all people, as well as being the reason why I have a confident and outgoing personality.

I have a lot of drive and motivation to be the best I can be for not only myself but for those around me. While I am someone who is very independent, I am also the type to take direction and always love feedback and advice that will help better my skills and outcomes.
