Biography

I have been involved in strength and conditioning training for over 8 years and have had a passion for running at a young age. I have also been playing netball since the age of 14 and will forever enjoy it’s fast-paced nature.

These hobbies have allowed me to build strength, mobility and endurance. The feeling of accomplishment after reaching new PBs in these sports is incomparable. My interest in health and well-being sprouted from a young age when I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes.

I saw this obstacle as an opportunity to learn how I could maintain good health through exercise and diet. I would love to show other individuals with diabetes that it should not stop them from achieving their goals in any sport.
