“Hi there, my name is Jacqueline and I’m a Personal Trainer/Online Coach and professional athlete who resides on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia.

I am an outgoing individual who is confident, friendly and easy going! My major passion lies in strength training and body sculpting. This hobby requires a high level of focus, determination and commitment; which I encompass on a daily basis in and out of the gym for myself and my clients who I coach/train.

When I am not in the gym; you will find me somewhere in nature! I love the beach, outdoors and being active; often travelling across parts of Queensland to explore the outdoors on hikes and walks through nature reserves, rain forests and mountains.

During my time as a professional athlete in the field of body sculpting, I have had the opportunity to represent Australia twice at the prestigious International Federation of Bodybuilding (IFBB) Arnold Classic Australia in both 2018 and 2019. I have been competing in this sport since 2015. Prior to that, I was strongly focused on long distance running and competing at all of the local and state running festivals. I apply this strong competitive and driven mindset to all goals in and out of sports.
