Jake is a highly successful Fitness Professional from Sydney. His journey into the world of health and fitness began at the age of 4, playing every different sport he was allowed to. His talent first became apparent when he captained his school sporting teams first in cricket and then in tennis, whilst also representing his school in swimming, basketball and baseball. His leadership and people skills, coupled with a rich background in Exercise Science, have since translated into his current profession where he coaches women through the processes of improving their self-confidence via weight-loss and toning up.

Jake is fiercely impassioned by making a positive impact on the world and utilises his knowledge in nutrition, training and recovery principles to help others make a change in their lives. Over the last few years, Jake has developed a vibrant love for modelling and acting.
