Biography

I’m a CrossFit athlete & coach with dreams of one day competing at the CrossFit Games. I’ve also had the privilege of taking part in Australian Ninja Warrior season 5.

Over the years I’ve tried my hand at nearly every sport, but excelled at rugby league and touch football representing my state and country in both, while also spending some time with the Gold Coast Titans and North Queensland Cowboys feeder clubs
