I was born and raised in beautiful South Africa until I was 12 years old when my family immigrated to Australia.

I started doing Karate when I was 4 and continue to do so passionately to this day. I’ve had the opportunity to compete in many competitions, winning my first World competition at the age of 7.

My whole life I have been surrounded by a gym-loving, healthy-eating, competitive family who are all in the fitness industry. From this my love for fitness is undeniable. Whether it’s Karate, weight lifting, athletics, HIIT training, boxing or BJJ – I don’t discriminate – I love them all!

I am a certified PT and run small group fitness classes but mostly I love being active because it allows me to train my mind and body and push myself to reach new limits.
