Kai

As an aspiring CrossFit athlete with a background in bodybuilding and callisthenics, Kai is committed to bringing Asian Australian representation in fitness and modelling media. Kai began participating in sport from the age of five through his local swimming squad. By age 13, he would become a state-level competitor achieving high-level results within his age group.

During his time in high school, Kai was also a member of the cross country and athletics team in which he trained for long-distance running events alongside his swimming endeavours. With the discipline and commitment established from a young age, Kai pursued bodybuilding as a young adult. Combining his eye for aesthetics with his attentiveness towards technique, he also began practising callisthenics with a particular proclivity towards gymnastic rings.

More recently, Kai’s dedication to being an all-rounded sportsman has prompted him to become a CrossFit athlete in which he strives for optimal levels of strength and performance. Kai’s attitude towards fitness corresponds to his approach to modelling. He is attentive to direction while also able to intuitively work with a team. Kai is committed to providing a reliable work ethic and professional representation to ensure that the creative process is as successful as the intended outcome.
