My name is Kaylyn, I am an approachable, friendly and empathetic person to go along with an easy going personality. I am also a very competitive person and I believe this coincides with my self-motivating personality, as I believe after every passing day, we become a better version of ourselves. I am always willing to learn and do whatever it takes to become the best version of myself. I keep up an active lifestyle as my hobbies include physical activity such as sports and training at my local gymnasium. Furthermore, my occupation requires me to be on my feet at all times

In this past, I studied marketing and Health Science in Perth, however my passion was always in the Hospitality Industry, more specifically I am a fanatic coffee person. My dream is to open and run my own Cafe and this has lead me to move to Melbourne, as the Coffee Culture here is by far the most prominent in Australia. My short-term goal is to continue excelling as a Cafe Manager at Jasper Coffee Chadstone, developing the skills required to reach my long-term goal as a business owner. This also works in conjunction with my fitness regime, as I maintain regular training at the gym and also play various types of sport, casually on the side. Although my passion is Coffee and running a business, I am also a fitness enthusiast and use training and sport as a balance to my otherwise busy and stressful work life. Training is ‘me’ time and it keeps me sane on the bad days that we all go through in our every day lives.

I may be small in size but I have a big spirit that keeps me motivated to strive for greatness and achieve my dreams!
