Biography
I’m Kieran, a 29 year old doctor from Melbourne with a passion for medicine, mental health and fitness. Being a proponent for both mental and physical fitness I’m a keen advocate for holistic health and wellbeing. Between my work in medicine I write regularly on mental health issues and motivation for a number of Australian fitness magazines, and have competed nationally in men’s physique and fitness bodybuilding. My sporting background includes hockey, tennis, squash and swimming. I’m passionate about pushing the envelope toward better health and fitness in both mind and body.
