Growing up in a very sport focused family; fitness is fundamental to my life. As a child I played a variety of sports and represented at a high level in the majority of these sports. As an adult I found a passion for martial arts and combat sports and have fought in the ring in various disciplines a number of times. Most recently I have taken a new challenge competing in natural bodybuilding; earning my Pro card in Physique and Figure in two Federations and placing 2nd in my first International Pro show at the Natural Olympia in the last 12 months. Never afraid of a challenge and always eager to learn new skills; fitness will always hold a high priority in my life.
