Luigi

I was born and raised in the countryside of a beautiful city called Torino, in the north of Italy. I have been very active and sporty since I was a little kid and at the age of 9 years old, I joined my first professional soccer team. My competitiveness and determination led me to lead my team as captain for a few years. Soccer has been a major part of my life during my teens. When I finished high school I sadly left my soccer team to move overseas, in Sydney. A few days after my arrival I discovered an outdoor park with pull up bars and training equipment next to my place, so I trained there for a few months achieving a pretty good level of strength and muscles. I quickly became very passionate about training one year later I decided to study as a personal trainer in Melbourne, and it has now become my full-time job.
