Neal

My name is Neal, I am a professional trainer and athlete. I study every day the functional movements of the body and am able to pick up new skills reasonably quick. I am a natural athlete and performer.

Being a fully qualified personal trainer, working in the industry for over 3 years and training for longer, I have an edge when it comes to training for specific skills that you are looking for your brand represent. This also allows me to easily maintain an athletic physique and manipulate my body to how you wish for it to look.

With my build, I am a natural sprinter and works well with explosive movements but I can also run long distance and long strides. My background from being a National Basketball Player for Scotland 2003-2004 helped to to become disciplined with my mind and body giving me drive and purpose.

I studied acting and performance for 2 years and have worked consistently as a professional model and actor since 2012, I have worked with a large number of photographers and filming teams and I understand the professionalism that comes with the line of work and I enjoy it more than anything else.
