Growing up, sport has been a vital element in the development of physical and mental health. Dabbling in multiple disciplines of netball, hockey, volleyball, touch, futsal, soccer, and now to rugby union, my goal now is to get my body to optimal strength and power to achieve my goals of professional rugby and strong women competitions. I am currently studying personal training to understand how I can achieve my physical goals but to also coach others to achieve the same.

Becoming a fitness model has been a goal I have wanted to achieve for awhile to develop my self confidence and body image. It is taking me totally out of my comfort zone which I love!

My motivation and persistence is second to none. I am able to take initiative but also take direction and feedback as it assists me in developing in areas that I need to. I work in senior management in hospitality so developing new relationships with people is second nature and I believe it will assist in my progression within this industry.
