Biography

23 years old, come from a family of 4 children 2 older brothers and 1 younger sister. Currently working as a personal trainer and boxing instructor. Have always been a very active person involved in sport from the age of 5 competing in gymnastics for 10 years (5-15 years) and played sport throughout my whole schooling ranging from soccer, netball, athletics, and rowing.

I began my fitness journey when I completed year 12 in 2015 found love and a strong passion for health and fitness and pursued a career in the industry as a personal trainer never looking back. Bringing positivity and making a difference in people’s lives brings me so much joy, I have always been a big people’s person and love being surrounded by family and friends but also am very independent and goal-driven.
