Hi, I’m Ruby, a go-getter from Melbourne with a love for life and passion for sport and fitness. From a young age, I have dabbled in multiple sports from tennis, netball, athletics, state gymnastics, representative basketball and springboard diving. While I spent many years competing and playing in these sports, I have spent most of my time dedicated to diving.

I have been competitively diving at both a national and international level, training up to 25 hours a week for over 8 years. Training and competing at such a high level have taught me dedication, discipline and how to stay focused in high-pressure environments. I am also an extremely coachable athlete and am constantly taking direction from my coach to fine-tune my dives and perfect my sport. I believe this along with my wide array of skills in different sports not only shows my ability to adapt but also that I am a motivated and fast learner.

Not only am I passionate about sport and fitness and its ability to keep the mind and body healthy, I am also a big advocate for strong being the new skinny. I think society over the years has taught women that being strong and fit is not synonymous with femininity, however, it is, and this is something I am passionate to change. I want to empower women to feel confident in their body and I think my toned physique along with my bubbly personality can help to achieve this goal.
