Hey, my name is Sam Jones and I live in Melbourne Victoria. I am a qualified Accredited Exercise Physiologist and have been in the health and fitness industry for 11 years. I am passionate about helping kids, adolescents and adults achieve a healthy and functional quality of life.

I have developed exercise and nutrition programs for Pre-diabetes, Type 2 diabetes, overweight and obese individuals, where we implement simple lifestyle changes to improve their daily habits, so we can see results with their weight loss not only in the short term, but long term. Furthermore I am in the process of developing programs for middle aged men “Man boobs” workouts and how to get rid of them, “Obliterate Cellulite” workouts for women and the “F-U” workout program for people who have been broken up with and want to get that ultimate body and stick it to their ex.

My personal goal is to become a Public Figure in the fitness industry in this country. I want to inspire change to millions of people by implementing simple yet effective lifestyle changes that are achievable for everyone no matter what their situation is. In addition I would also love to become a model in health and fitness whether in this country or somewhere else. Through this platform I can again inspire health and lifestyle changes in a wide range of audiences.

A bit about my modelling, I have recently competed in a male beauty pageant in Myanmar called “Man of the Year” where I represented Australia. I won the “Healthiest Man” and “Most Masculine” award amoung my peers. I have a runway show which I will be performing in called “Pacific International Runway” at Crown Palladium in late November. Finally I will be undertaking a 12 week course with Tanya Powell Modelling agency to sharpen my skills and improve on my flaws with modelling.

In my professional time, I spend either working on my business which are the programs mentioned above, training in the gym about 10-12 hours/week and then training corporate groups, 1 on 1 client’s, Medicare clients aswell as strength and conditioning teams.

Finally as a person I am very hard working, I take direction well, I learn from my mistakes and like to bring a positive energy to every situation whilst being humble and doing the best I can, to ensure the job is completed to the highest quality possible. I don’t take myself too seriously and I really enjoy making connections with people, learning about their journey and as a result developing good professional relationships with them.
