I’m Sammy and my passion is fitness and wellbeing. I’ve always had a love of fitness and have made exercise a priority in my everyday life whether it be with personal trainers, in a gym setting or in classes such as yoga and pilates. After I turned 40 I decided to really step things up, increase my training and focus on my personal fitness goals.

I’m really loving both my fitness journey and seeing the results of my hard work. I feel I’m in the best shape of my life! Today I’m more disciplined than ever. I feel empowered by my transformation and I’m more motivated than ever to keep pushing myself. My current fitness interests focus on: circuit training, high-intensity interval training, functional training as well as yoga for balance and practising
