My name is Sharelle, I am a WBFF Bikini Athlete, Registered Midwife/Nurse, Personal Trainer and Fitness enthusiast! I am very passionate about representing a holistic balanced approach to health, while empowering other women to be strong, fit and healthy!

I have a very athletic background and have been involved in netball, tennis, HIIT, F45 Training, Marathons, cycling, and more recently, competing with the WBFF as a Bikini Athlete. My diverse background of playing multiple sports has enabled me to build an athletic foundation, while maintaining a very feminine and petite appearance all year round. Competing on stage several times has taught me how to pose and move in a way that flatters my physique.
