Biography
Hi I’m Sophie! I’m an exercise and sports scientist, with a passion for anything health and fitness related! I am a personal trainer, and strength and conditioning coach and I also have a diploma in nutrition! Bodybuilding is my passion! I compete in the Wellness division, which looks for a fuller lower body, with big glutes and thick strong legs. I use these strong legs in my offseason to compete in powerlifting competitions too!
