Suzan

I grew up living and working on a farm, which included riding horses before I could walk, my upbringing set me up in life to be focused, motivated and always active in life. I have this same attitude for my work, in addition to a more muscular feminine look, I hope to bring something different to the table. I entered the gym at the age of 17 years of age and I never looked back.  I have been coached by professionals which allowed me to win numerous IFBB Women’s physique titles. Aside from resistance training, I enjoy being outdoors. I am surrounded by health and fitness as I work as a trainer and nutrition advisor, and genuinely love seeing people achieve their goals.
