I am a 25-year-old from Melbourne. I own a group fitness gym and I have been a personal trainer for 8 years. I am currently studying for a diploma in mindset and business coaching. From a very young age, I have been heavily involved in competitive sport. I thrive on trying to better and improve myself each and every day.

This is where my passion for the health and fitness industry stemmed from. I love to help people transform not only their bodies but also their minds. I am a big believer in ‘The body achieves what the mind believes. Moving my body every day and lifting weights has changed my life, mentally and physically.
