Biography

Hi! I’m Victoria, I am 22 years old, based in Melbourne and currently the Head Trainer at an F45 Training studio. Growing up, I trained in all styles of dance and musical theatre before focusing on Ballet from the age of 10. At the age of 16 I moved to London for 3 years to train professionally at the Royal Ballet Upper School. My biggest passion is health and fitness. You will always find me training, pushing my mind and body to the limit. I have a strong work ethic, discipline, drive and the ability to learn quickly which is demonstrated in everything I do. I enjoy working in team environments, connecting with new people and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
