Can you do it?
Definitely! If you are in good health and exercise on a regular basis. Beginners, or those who have taken a break from the gym for a while, shouldn’t attempt any HIIT sessions before they have a good base level of fitness.
My call would be, give it a go. If you don’t try, you’ll never know! Even if you haven’t tried before and your fitness level is low, go at your own pace, take your time, if you need a break take it, but go for that type of training. And step by step, you will get fitter and fitter, and you will be impressed on how strong you actually are! Always remember, never underestimate yourself!
