Hailing all the way from Christchurch city, Abby balances her career as a dental practice manager with a life full of creativity and movement. When she’s not at work you’ll find her on stage singing, in the gym chasing her next goal, or hand-crafting costumes for her latest cosplay build.
Abby is also a passionate advocate for endometriosis awareness, using her platform to educate others and break down the assumptions people make about chronic illness. Her own fitness journey has been shaped by it — and it’s exactly why she joined AEFM. She wanted women like her to see themselves represented: alternative, living with a chronic illness, and unapologetically strong and independent.
