Biography
Personal Trainer, Mum to a 5 year old. Competed at the Arnold Classic Australia 2018 in Bikini and training for Arnold Classic 2019. Fitness and health is my absolute passion!
I am into strength training and general weight lifting at the gym as I am a bikini competitor. I also enjoy all types of cardio such as running and swimming, bike riding etc. I also have a background in various sports such netball, tennis, rowing and wakeboarding. I am confident that any movements that may be required during a shoot would be within my abilities.
