Hello, name is Kat – firstly I would like to thank you for clicking on my profile. I started swimming and dancing from a young age, but my love for health and fitness did not start until 2013. From then on, I decided to challenge myself through different types of sports

I started with running events, moved on to obstacle course racing, and recently discovered a new passion for bodybuilding. I entered the bodybuilding world in 2019 to challenge my myself; never did I think I would love it as much as I do. From being disciplined with food and training to being up to the stage, this world brings me pure happiness.

Nevertheless, I still participate in running and OCR events just to keep life interesting. I would love to work with you and your brand and help people find their joy in fitness as well.
