  • Female talent, approximately 18 to 30 years old
  • Works out regularly and is familiar with a range of exercises. You do not need to be a competitive athlete, a coach or a personal trainer
  • Comfortable being directed through movement on camera, including repeating an exercise take after take
  • Natural, warm and approachable on camera. Everyday gym goer energy rather than stage ready or heavily conditioned
  • Able to take direction and stay relaxed across a full shoot day
